1. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track its delivery. 

2. What is your returns policy?

Notify us within one week if the goods are not what you ordered (e.g. wrong bag or damaged due to faulty workmanship), in which case, a full refund will be given upon reciept of the product.

Change of mind refunds will not be accepted, however, a credit will be issued. (all postage costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer).

3. Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we provide shipping to any State or Territory within Australia.

4. Do you ship overseas?

Currently we do not ship overseas. We intend on international shipping as a future endeavour.

5. Is my information secure on this website?

All of the built-in payment processor integrations are compliant with the PCI-DSS. All sensitive credit/debit card data goes directly to the payment processor’s servers. Squarespace does not have access to this information.

6. Can I customize a bag?

Bags may be customized subject to fabric availability. (Prices may vary). Please refer to the Contact page for further inquiry.

7. Is the Artwork authentic?

All artwork is unique and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
